We meet a lot of very strong individuals over the course of the Naruto television series, the hugely successful anime that debuted in 2002. These village leaders are formidable, but as the show draws to a close, we get a much better sense of how their strength relates to many of the other characters. Traditionally, the Kage is believed to be the strongest ninja in each village.
We’ll be breaking down our choices for the strongest Naruto characters in this list. Each decision will be made based on the character’s most potent appearance, which is either depicted or alluded to throughout the series. There were many other ninjas that narrowly missed being included in the top 10. And the reason for it is that these Ninja are unquestionably at the top of the game.

5) Madara Uchiha
Madara is reported to be significantly less strong than Hashirama in the beginning of the anime, but thanks to his reanimation and some work with Hashirama’s DNA, Madara is able to access the Rinnegan’s strength in addition to his already potent Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Mada, unlike Obito, possesses this ability in both eyes and is able to employ every Six Path skill simultaneously with his Sharingan, even producing meteorites to wreak havoc on the battlefield.
Like Obito, Madara reaches the pinnacle of his power after absorbing the ten-tails for himself. He now has total command over the beast, the capacity to fly, and unrivalled speed—so fast that he can even react to Kamui. The Rinne Sharingan, which takes the name’s implication that both Kekkei Genkai merge into one form, is the ultimate power released by Madara.
4) Hagoromo Otsutsuki
Hagoromo Otsutsuki, the Sage of Six Paths himself, isn’t shown engaging in combat but is unquestionably one of the show’s most powerful characters. Hagoromo, the ancestor of the ninja, is the son of Princess Kaguya, who transformed into the ten-tails jinchuriki before being vanquished by him and his brother Hamura, who then contained the beast within themselves.
Many of the characters are regarded as the most strong in the show and utilise some of Hagoromo’s skills including Obito, Madara, and Sasuke, therefore it only seems fair that he take a high place on our list.
3) Sasuke Uchiha
In the series’ last bout, Sasuke Uchiha performs at his best. After the two defeat Kaguya, Sasuke gets access to a variety of extraordinarily potent weapons, such as Susanoo and the Rinne Sharingan. There is no denying that Naruto and Sasuke are two of the strongest ninja, and their efforts during the show’s final act solidify that. It shouldn’t be shocking that Naruto Uzumaki is one of the most strong characters as the story comes to a close. Taking down Naruto is a task that only one character could accomplish by themselves because they have complete synergy with both the Nine-Tailed Fox and the Six Paths Sage Mode.
As was previously mentioned, there is disagreement over who is stronger at the end of the series: Sasuke or Naruto. Since they are more likely meant to be equal opponents, either character could come in second on our ranking.
1) Kaguya Otsutsuki
Kaguya Otsustsuki was the first person to use chakra on earth after ingesting the fruit of the God Tree. Her kids had no choice but to seal her away after she united with the Ten-Tails. The Ten-Tails and she both resurface in the series’ climactic act, breaking the seal. All things, including Kekkei Genkai weapons like the Byakugan and Rinne Sharingan, are available to Kaguya. She is unquestionably the most potent creature in the Naruto series when combined with her tailed beast metamorphosis.
It needed the united efforts of Naruto, Sasuke, and Sakura from team seven to defeat Kaguya in battle. Even in the past, it took both brothers Hagoromo and Hamura Otsutsuki working together to imprison her.
